Jeff Peterson talked to Dave's sister, Brenda, a few weeks ago. She gave him his phone number which he passed to me. I called and left a msg, but he hasn't called me back yet. If you have any more info on Dave, please forward it to me by email so we can get a reunion mailer out to him.
